Opening hours are generally 9am to 6pm but may vary by site due to local conditions

Currently we have over 900 sites
Which countries do you operate in?
The UK and Germany are our biggest markets but we also have sites in France ,Spain, Benelux, Netherlands, Portugal, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland , Poland and Australia
Is the operating model the same throughout all the countries?
The IMO model works on a commission operator model and is basically the same in all markets.
Are you growing?
We are always looking for new sites that fulfil our site selection criteria.If you have a property you think may be of interest then please contact the head office or the regional office in the relevant country.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Our sites only accept cash but you can buy vouchers with a credit card on the website.
What about the environment?
We recycle up to 85% of our water consumption and all our chemicals are bio degradeable.
How many staff do you employ?
Currently we have over 200 people employed around the group.
How do you set your prices?
Prices are set locally based on demand and availability.
