IMO PAY BY APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMO PAY BY APP single and multi wash allows you to buy single or multiple car washes in advance.
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of car washes on the IMO UK App . Terms and conditions may be updated at any time and updates will apply to any vouchers purchased after update on the app.
Prepaid vouchers are only valid at the site selected at the time of purchase and for the vehicle registered on the app at time of purchase. Vouchers are not transferable.
The vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The vouchers are valid for 30 or 90 days from the date of purchase and will expire automatically without extension. Expiry dates are available on the voucher in the wallet.
The vouchers can only be redeemed against the wash programme or service selected at the time of purchase.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction, unless stated otherwise.
The voucher must be shown in electronic form on the IMO App in order to be redeemed.
Anduff Car Wash Ltd will not be responsible for any voucher which is not used or is displayed incorrectly.
All valeting services are operated independently of Anduff Car Wash Ltd by the site operator.
Vouchers may not be purchased by IMO site operators or their employees or family members.
The offer of pre-paid vouchers may be withdrawn at any time by Anduff Car Wash Ltd. This will not affect the validity of vouchers which have already been purchased.

UK Winter Bundles
Winter bundles are available via the app only from 1/12/2021 for three months.
Six Ultra HD wash bundles can be purchased for £50 from the following locations: Craigmarloch, Cumbernauld, Bathgate, Hyde, Hazel Grove, Langley Mill, Rotherham, Worksop, Caerphilly and Batley. Savings of up to £14 are available in various locations across the UK when purchasing bundles of six Ultra HD via the app.
Where QR codes are used
QR codes shall remain valid until all prepaid washes have been used or 90 days after purchase, whichever occurs first.
