IMO VOUCHER TERMS
These terms apply to all discount vouchers and codes (including for free products or services) for ARC/IMO sites in the UK, subject to any specific terms and conditions on or issued with the voucher or code. Reference to vouchers in the terms below includes QR codes. For terms applying to pre-paid washes, please see here
- These terms and conditions may be updated at any time and updates will apply to any vouchers issued after update on the app.
- Vouchers are only valid at participating sites or at the site stated with or on the voucher and can only be used for your vehicle registered on the app. Vouchers are not transferable.
- The vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The vouchers are only valid for the validity period stated on or with the voucher.
- The vouchers can only be redeemed against the stated wash programme or service.
- Some vouchers are only available for business customers, taxis or Wash Club members. In this situation, the promotion or offer will clearly state this and customers may be asked to show identification to prove they qualify for the offer or promotion.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction, unless stated otherwise, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- The voucher must be handed over or shown in electronic form to be redeemed.
- Vouchers which are damaged or photocopied will not be accepted.
- All valeting services are operated independently of Anduff Car Wash Limited by the site operator.
- Promotions are not open to employees of Anduff Car Wash Limited or any site operators or their employees.
- Promotions may be cancelled at any time by Anduff Car Wash Limited. This will not affect the validity of vouchers which have already been issued to customers.
