Collect Rewards in 3 easy steps:
Purchase a wash. Rewards* can be collected where indicated and only on single wash app purchases.
Visit your local IMO, and show your pre-paid wash voucher in your app wallet to the attendant.
Your reward will appear in your IMO app wallet on your Rewards Card automatically after your car has been washed.
Why have I only got 1 Rewards Card now? We have now replaced the Rewards programme so you will only have one loyalty card in your IMO app wallet
Can I still get a Reward for my Triple Foam car washes? Yes, we have now made it even easier to collect Rewards by adding more wash programmes to the Rewards scheme.
Which washes qualify for the Rewards programme? To see which pre-paid washes qualify for Rewards, head to the app, and press purchase by app, all the washes with a heart indicated will add a stamp to your Rewards Card once you get your car washed. The washes that will add a stamp include single pre-paid purchases for Ceramic XTR, Ultra HD, Rain Guard, Total Wax, Diamond Wax and Triple Foam.

Where is the QR code that I normally get scanned to collect stamps? You no longer need to scan your Rewards Card as your stamps will automatically be added after your car is washed.
How do I know if my stamps have been added? You can simply click on the Rewards section in the app and this will show you how many stamps you have on your card
I have purchased a bundle of washes and have used one of my wash vouchers, but did not get a stamp on my Rewards Card after I visit an IMO Car Wash. Rewards are exclusively available on single washes only, when purchased via the app.
Are there any car washes that do not qualify for the rewards programme? Yes, our Eco Wash and Eco Plus washes do not qualify, as well as any of our 2x, 3x, 6x, and 12x bundles.
I had my car washed 3 times and received my £2 off wash voucher, however, it has vanished from my app? Both the £2 off Ultra HD voucher (received after 3 washes) and the complimentary Ultra HD voucher (received after 6 washes) are only valid for use for 30 days from the point of issuance.
Where have all the stamps on my Rewards Card gone? After 12 months your rewards card will re-set and start again from the beginning.
