• Is this a new app?
  Yes. We’re launching a new and improved IMO Car Wash app. You’ll need to download the new app to continue using our digital services.
• Will it still be called the IMO Car Wash app?
  Yes. The app name remains the same — it’s simply a better, updated version.

• Will my account still work?
  Yes. Once you download the new app, just log in using your existing details.
• Will my current washes carry over?
  Yes. Any unused washes on your account will be transferred when you log in.
• Will my rewards and stamps be saved?
  Yes. All your stamps and rewards will be carried over to the new app.
• Do I need to create a new account?
  No. You only need to log in again after downloading the new app.

• Why do I need to download a new app?
  The new app has been rebuilt to make it faster, simpler, and easier to use — with improved rewards, subscriptions, and wallet features.
• Where can I download the new app?
  You’ll be able to download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play when it launches.

• Is it easier to buy a wash in the new app?
  Yes. Buying a wash now takes fewer steps and is clearer from start to finish.
• Can I still wash without leaving my car?
  Yes. The new app continues to support a contactless, in-car wash experience at participating sites.

• Has the rewards scheme changed?
  The rewards experience is easier to understand and track, with everything visible on your homescreen.
• Do all washes earn stamps?
  Only qualifying washes earn stamps. These are clearly marked in the app before you buy. 
• What are the benefits of earning stamps
  After collecting 3 stamps your will recieve a money off voucher and after 6 stamps you will earn a Free wash... your card will then start again ready for you to collect all over again.

What is ‘Refer a Friend’?
You can invite friends to download the IMO Car Wash app. When they join, you’ll both receive a reward stamp.

Where do I find Refer a Friend?
Refer a Friend is available directly in the new app once you’ve logged in.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
There is no limit and every friend earns you a reward stamp and after 6 reward stamps you will earn a free wash. You can then start all over again, and collect more reward stamps. 

 

Can I still subscribe and save?
Yes. Subscriptions are easier to manage in the new app.

Will my existing subscription continue?
Yes. Your subscription will carry over and can be managed in the new app once you log in.

 

Will I lose anything by switching to the new app?
No. Your account, washes, rewards, stamps and subscriptions will all carry over once you log in.
